True (formerly two distinct companies called TrueStart and True Capital) started from a spare bedroom in 2013. They have quickly grown into what is today Europe’s only consumer and retail private equity specialist. Via its Live Network, it orchestrates purposeful introductions and collaboration between innovative startups, investors, leading industry partners and its own private equity portfolio.
We've had the pleasure of working with the team at True since 2016, when they were still TrueStart and True Capital. In 2017, they consolidated the two businesses into one unified brand that projects their inherent spirit of adventure and authority in the retail and consumer space – True.
Over the years we've helped them with a broad spectrum of their communications, from email marketing and networking events, to web design and Investor relation presentations. This specific project was arguably their most important since they began – a key stakeholder and investor event to showcase and launch the new unified brand.
We took the approach of being simple yet effective. Working with the new brand identity created by Foundation London, we let the new brand speak for itself in the beautiful venue of Sea Containers House overlooking the River Thames. We produced pull-up banners, leaflets, presentation slides, pre and post event emails and bar graphics for the event.
